Suwon Weaver is an LA based standup comedian and actor who believes the
best stories come from real life – the messy, beautiful, complicated parts we all
share. 

Suwon has performed at comedy clubs throughout the greater Los Angeles area,
including The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, and The Ice House, as well as
venues across the country such as Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club, Las Vegas,
Electric Theater, Utah and Levity Live in Oxnard CA.

Before the pandemic, Suwon traveled to South Korea with her mother and to
perform standup (in English) for both locals and expats while reconnecting with
a childhood friend from Los Angeles. Suwon has also appeared in comedy festivals

including the US Comedy Festival, Burbank Comedy Festival, Laugh Riot Grrrl Comedy 

Festival, and Ladies Room Comedy Festival in New York City.
