I was born and raised in Southern California, and I’ve always leaned on humor to get by. I spent years in dead-end jobs, construction sites and kitchens before finally pursuing comedy… and continuing to work in a kitchen. My spotty career as a filmmaker has allowed me to ping-pong between the blue-collar and white-collar world for much of my adult life, and those experiences have shaped me and my comedic voice.
