As a child actress, singer, and dancer based in New York City, Stefanie appeared in television shows and films including HBO’s The Wilder Summer and the 20th Century Fox film Without a Trace, in which she played Judd Hirsch’s daughter. She also toured nationally with the Broadway production of Annie and performed in Turn on the Heat in Tokyo, Japan. Many of her childhood friends went on to become famous. Stefanie did not. After college, Stefanie moved to Los Angeles, where she continued working in television and theater. Her television credits include The Drew Carey Show and Best Damn Sports Show Period. Stefanie is also a screenwriter and creator. Her screenplay Inward Bound was optioned by New Republic Pictures in 2019, and she is the creator of Selling Sherman Way, a mockumentary about the wonderfully competitive world of Los Angeles real estate agents, of which she is one. Stefanie has been performing stand-up comedy for nearly seven years and recently appeared on Comics Unleashed. She performs throughout the Los Angeles area and produces the hit monthly show Over the Hill Comedy at Flappers, featuring “old” comedians over 30.
