Jess McLaren is a Navy Veteran, engineer, and standup comedian, who blends dry menace and sharp observation with deeply personal storytelling. She riffs on autism, queerness, and modern absurdity. She will nerd out about sci-fi, trains, and the difference between astronomy and astrology if mildly provoked. She’s performed at Ice House, The Crow, The Improv, Flappers, all over LA, SoCal, the North East, and DMV. She was featured in Storyectomy: Family Pride 2026 and produces Alphabet Comedy, a queer backyard show in Long Beach, CA. She has featured for Phoebe Robinson, Audrey Stewart, and Ren Q. Dawes.
