Paulina Simkin is a Los Angeles–based stand-up comedian, actress, and Juilliard-trained pianist whose comedy draws on her multicultural upbringing, artistic background, and sharp observations about life between worlds. Originally from Europe and fluent in a variety of languages and accents, she brings a unique international perspective to her comedy.
After earning a Master of Music in Piano Performance from The Juilliard School with a Fulbright Fellowship, Paulina trained as an actress at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute before discovering her passion for comedy at UCB. Since then, she has performed stand-up throughout Los Angeles and beyond. Credits include The Flappers (Main Room) and The Ice House as part of the Big Laughs Comedy Festival.
Paulina recently wrapped production on the feature-film parody Balthazar and Friar John, a comedic reimagining of Romeo and Juliet, in which she plays Juliet’s eccentric Nurse. She was also selected as a featured comedian for the 2026 San Gabriel Valley Comedy Festival, alongside headliner Aparna Nancherla.
